BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing PERMANENT SLOPE EASEMENT is duly accepted on behalf of St.

PERMANENT SLOPE EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, mode this 29th day of May, 2012, by WALTER B. BARRON, whose address
is 5102 Avienda Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34946-1034, hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, and
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable
considerations paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grunts unto
the Grantee, its successors and assigns n Permanent Slope Easement for the purpose of constructing
a sidewalk on Juanita Avenue and harmonizing the ground surface area within this Easement. Such
harmonizing shall consist of excavation or placement of fill material, and the maintenance thereof in,
over, under, upon and through the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida:
An easement for slope construction purpose over, and across n parcel of land lying
in Section 33 Township 34 South, Range 40 East and also being a part of Lot 11,
Block 21 of Paradise Park, as recorded in Plnt Book 8, Page 17, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; said easement being more particularly described as
follows:
The South 5.00' of the following described parcel of Innd as recorded in ORB 521,
Page 306 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 11, Block 21 of Paradise Park ns recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 17 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
Said easement containing 300 square feet more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto said Grantee, its successors and assigned forever
and the Grantor will defend the title to said lands against all persons claiming by, through o under said
Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Grantors have hereunto set their hands and seals
this 29th day of May, 2012.
