WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the amount of $1,910,505, as funding
for the FDOT BIoCk Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of December, 2012, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2012-2013, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:

130210-4910-334493-400 Florida Dept. of Transportation $1,910,505
APPROPRIATIONS
130210-4910-582015-400 Council on Aging $1,910,505
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
