WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) in the amount of $2,690, as funding for the FTA
5307 Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 19th day of February, 2013, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2012-2013, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001190-4910-331421-400 Federal Transit Admin. $2,690
APPROPRIATIONS
001190-4910-582015-400 Council on Aging $2,690
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
