WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from South Florida Water Management District in the amount of $381,291 for the White City
Drainage Project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 7th day of May, 2013, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2012-2013, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
102813-3725-337610-4258 South Florida Water Management District $381,291
APPROPRIATIONS
102813-3725-563000-4258 Infrastructure $381,291
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
