A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION LOCALLY FUNDED AGREEMENT (#424143-1-
4B/41/42/43/45-01) FOR KINGS HIGHWAY AND INDRIO ROAD RIGHT OF
WAY ACQUISITION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY
ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM
AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has
made the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County
funding for Kings Highway and Indrio Road Right of Way Acquisition Project (#424143-
1-4b/41/42/43/45-01).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Locally Funded
Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the above-referenced
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Locally Funded Agreement
with the Florida Department of Transportation (#424143-1-4b/41/42/43/45-01) to
provide funding for Kings Highway and Indrio Road Right of Way Acquisition Project.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chairman to execute the above-
referenced agreement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the
agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
