WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a grant from the Florida Coastal management Program through the Florida
Department of Environmental Protection in the amount of $30,000 for the D.J. Wilcox Coastal Access &
Restoration Phase II.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 4th day of June, 2013, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2012-2013, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
