AN ORDER OF THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR IDENTIFIED IN PDS ORDER NO. 13-
014 PERTAINING TO THE SITE PLAN EXPIRATION DATE FOR THE
PROJECT KNOWN AS CUMBERLAND FARMS (F/K/A MIDWAY REFUELING
STATION).
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has
reviewed PDS Order No. 13-014 and made the following determinations:
The site plan expiration date referenced in Paragraph Number 2 and Section E. of PDS
Order No. 13-013 shall be revised to read as follows:
2. On October 19, 2012 the Planning and Development Services Director via PDS
Order 12-036 granted a development order extension with a new site plan
expiration date of J~„~°°^~T4 October 11, 2014.
E. This Major Adjustment to Minor Site Plan development approval shall expire on
da;,~~^~~T October 11, 2014 unless a building permit is secured.
This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
ORDER effective this 6th day of June, 2013.
