WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a grant from the Florida Housing Finance Agency in the amount of $127,792 for
the SHIP Program.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 2nd day of July, 2013, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2012-2013, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
185014-5420-335510-500 Florida Housing Finance Agency $127,792
APPROPRIATIONS
185014-5420-582015-500 Council on Aging $127,792
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
