WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from Congressman Patrick Murphy's Office in the amount of $5,400 for the yearly rental of office
space located at 2300 Virginia Avenue.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 20th day of August, 2013, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2012-2013, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-1925-362001-100 Rent $5,400
APPROPRIATIONS
001-1925-546100-100 Building Maintenance $5,400
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
