WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Sales Tax Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2013A and Series 20136.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 17th day of September, 2013, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2012-2013, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:

215-0000-385100-000 Proceeds from Refunding $61,894,242
APPROPRIATIONS
215-9950-573100-800 Add 'I Expenses-Bonds $ 1,178,522
215-9950-585000-800 Payment to Refunded Bond Escrow $60.715.720
