WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the U. S. Department of Justice in the amount of $104,648 for the State Criminal Alien
Assistance Program Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 5th day of November, 2013, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
107181-2110-331210-200 U. S. Department of Justice $104,648
APPROPRIATIONS
107181-2110-591900-200 Transfer to Sheriff $104,648
