A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13-196 TO
PROVIDE AN AMENDED EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1,
2014.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
has made the following determinations:
WHEREAS, on October 1, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners
amended the schedule of fees for building permit activities pursuant to Resolution
No. 13-196 effective November 1, 2013; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to amend Resolution No. 13-196 to make the
effective date January 1, 2014.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners for
St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. Resolution 13-196 shall take effect on January 1, 2014.
2. Except as amended herein, the terms and conditions of Resolution No.
13-196 shall remain in full force and effect.
After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as follows:
