A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS A MOBILE HOME AS A
SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-5
(AGRICULTURAL -1 DU/SACRES) ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on
the testimony and evidence, including, but not limited to the staff report, has made the
following determinations:
1. Candace Ross presented an application to define a 30-foot by 68-foot Class A
Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5
(Agricultural - 1 du/5acres) Zoning District for the property described below and
depicted on Exhibit A.
2. On December 3, 2013, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after
publishing notice at least 10 days prior to the hearing and notifying by mail all
owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property.
3. The proposed mobile home is consistent with the St. Lucie County
Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in
Section 11.05.02(E), Class A Mobile Home Permits, of the St. Lucie County
Land Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
A. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the request
of Candace Ross to define a Class A Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling
Unit to be located the following described property:
Lot 3 Luke's Lots, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
41, Page(s) 4 and 4A, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Parcel I D#: 2236-700-0003-0001
Location: 16675 Adams Carlton Road, approximately 500 feet east of Header
Canal Road.

B. A copy of this Resolution shall be recorded in the public records and placed on file
with the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director.
