A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
92-026 BY AMENDING AND RESTATING THE
ANTI-DISPLACEMENT AND RELOCATION PLAN FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on February 11, 1992, the Board of County Commissioners
adopted Resolution No. 92-026 which adopted an Anti-Displacement and Relocation
Plan for Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG")programs and projects; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Anti-Displacement and Relocation
Plan to update it in accordance with current federal regulations governing CDBG
grants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board does hereby adopt the Amended and Restated
Anti-Displacement and Relocation Plan for Community Development Block Grant
Programs and Projects, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
as Exhibit "A".
2. This resolution shall take effect upon the date of adoption.
After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as follows:
