AN ORDER AMENDING SECTION C OF PDS ORDER 14-009
WHICH GRANTED THE TWO-YEAR LAND DEVELOPMENT
CODE ADMINISTRATIVE EXTENSION FOR THE PROJECT
KNOWN AS VILLAGE OF SUNSET LAKES.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has
reviewed the Development Order for administrative extension and has made the
following determinations:
1. On, March 06, 2014, the Planning and Development Services Director, through
PDS Order 14-009 authorized a site plan extension which is due to expire on
June 15, 2016 in accordance with Section 11.02.06(8)(4) for the project known
as Village of Sunset Lakes.
2. Following the recordation of PDS Order 14-009, it was determined that the
expiration date referenced in Section C of the Order was in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the St. Lucie County Planning and
Development Services Director of St. Lucie County, Florida:
A. Section C, of PDS Order 14-009 is hereby amended to read as follows:
This Site Plan administrative extension shall expire on Jeee-a-9~9~~ June 15,
2016, unless Final PTV has been approved or an extension has been granted in
accordance with Section 11.02.06, St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
B. AI the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in PDS Order 14-009,
approved on March 06, 2014, are hereby incorporated by reference in PDS
Order 14-018.
C. A copy of this Order shall be retained in the petition file with the St. Lucie County
Planning and Development Services Department.
