WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from special assessments and interest for property cleanup in the amount of $51,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 15t day of July, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
131-4115-325100-4924 Special Assessment $50,000
131-4115-361100-4924 Interest $1, 000
APPROPRIATIONS
131-4115-5xxxxx-4924 Operating Expenses $51,000
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
