HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-101RESOLUTION 14-101 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Federal Highway Administration in the amount of $195,543 for the Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) Unified Planning Work Program. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 15th day of July, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001560-1540-331130-100 Federal Highway Administration $195,543 APPROPRIATIONS 001560-1540-599330-100 Project Reserves After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair AYE Commissioner Paula Lewis, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery AYE Commissioner Kim Johnson AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 15TH DAY OF JULY 2014. $195,543 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ST LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CHAIR , ~ APPROVED ASS TO CORRECJ~IESS AND FORM ~ ~ ~~~?
