HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-122RESOLUTION NO. 1422 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Department of Justice in the amount of $56,234 for the Sheriff Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 12th day of August, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: - REVENUE 107183-2110-331210-200 Dept. of Justice APPROPRIATIONS 107183-2110-591900-200 Transfer to Sheriff After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair ~ AYE Commissioner Paula Lewis, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery AYE Commissioner Kim Johnson AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF AUGUST 2014.
