HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-108RESOLUTION NO. 2014-108 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection through a Fifth Amendment, in the amount of $331,085.11, as additional funding for the for reimbursement of Erosion District funds that were expended on construction and engineering activities associated with Fort Pierce Shore Protection Project. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 12th day of August, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 184215-3710-334391-3630 Dept of Env Prot-Phys Env $331,086 f1PP1;QP$I~TIO1~ 184215-3710-531000-3630 Professional Services $125,903 184215-3710-546340-3630 Maintenance-Beach Renourishment $205,183 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Paula Lewis AYE Commissioner Kim Johnson AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF AUGUST 2014.
