A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION LOCALLY FUNDED AGREEMENT (FM# 428984-1-
52-01/02) MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT, AND HIGHWAY
MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR
CR611/JENKINS ROAD AND SR70/OKEECHOBEE ROAD
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENTS AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE
COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENTS BY
APPROVING THEM AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made
the following determinations:
Acceptance of the Locally Funded Agreement (FM# 428984-1-52-01/02), Memorandum
of Agreement, and Highway Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida
Department of Transportation for CR611/Jenkins Road and SR70/Okeechobee Road
Intersection Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Locally Funded Agreement (FM#
428984-1-52-01/02), Memorandum of Agreement, and Highway Maintenance
Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for
CR611/Jenkins Road and SR70/Okeechobee Road Intersection Improvements.
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chair to execute the above-referenced
agreements and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the
agreements by approving them as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on this Resolution was as follows:
