A PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR ORDER
DEFINING A CLASS A MOBILE HOME AS A SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED
DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-2.5 (AGRICULTURAL - 1 DWELLING UNIT
/2.5 ACRES) ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has
reviewed the request of Billy and Donna Wilson and made the following determinations:
1. Billy and Donna Wilson requested a Class A Mobile Home Permit to be defined as a
as a detached single family dwelling unit in the AG-2.5 (Agricultural - 1 du/2.5
acres) Zoning District for the property described below and depicted on Exhibit A.
2. On July 28, 2014 mail notices were sent to all owners of property within 500 feet of
the subject property. No written objections for the request were received by the
Planning Division within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving said notice.
3. Staff has performed a detailed analysis of the request and determined it to be
consistent with Section 11.05.02. - Class A Mobile Home Permits, of St. Lucie
County Land Development Code. The analysis is found in the Planning and
Development Services Director Memorandum entitled Billy and Donna Wilson -
Class A Mobile Home Permit dated August 15, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:
A. The St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director hereby approves
the request of Billy and Donna Wilson to define a Class A Mobile Home as a
detached single family dwelling unit to be located the following described property:
Legal Description: Being all of Lot 1, according to the Plat of Our Way
Ranch, as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 24, the
public records St. Lucie County, Florida.

B. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the building permit, which shall be placed
on file with the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director.
C. This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
