WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Housing Finance Agency in the amount of $333,708 for the Community Services
SHIP Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 2nd day of September, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
185015-5420-335510-500 FL Housing Finance Agency $333,708
APPROPRIATIONS
185015-5420-583000-500 Other Grants and Aids $333,708
