HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-126RESOLUTION NO. 14-126 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection through a grant, in the amount of $675,000, as funding for the reimbursement of Erosion District funds previously expended on design, permitting and construction activities associated with the Ft. Pierce Emergency Truck Haul Project. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 2nd day of September, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 184219-3710-334391-3630 FL Dept. of Environmental Prot.
