HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-136RESOLUTION NO. 14 - 136 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the US Department of Transportation in the amount of $65,000 for the TPO Safe Route to School Grant. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 2nd day of September, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001561-1540-331491-100 APPROPRIATIONS 001561-1540-599330-100 US Dept. of Transportation Project Reserves After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair AYE Commissioner Paula Lewis, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery AYE Commissioner Kim Johnson AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 2ND DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2014.
