WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District's budget, funds
not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Department
of Environmental Protection, through a Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program grant in the
amount of $50,000, as funding for the Blind Creek Park Beachside South .Project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District to
adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mosquito Control District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 16th day of September, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2013-2014, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
