A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO FLORIDA DIVISION OF EMERGENCY
MANAGEMENT FEDERALLY FUNDED SUB-GRANT AGREEMENT (#1561-135-R) FOR INDIAN
RIVER ESTATES STORMWATER PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Division of Emergency Management has awarded additional funding and a time extension to
the County funding for Indian River Estates Stormwater Project (#1561-135-R).
The Board should authorize and approve execution of Modification No. 2 to the Federally Funded Sub-
Grant Agreement with the Florida Division of Emergency Management for the above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves Modification No. 2 to the Federally Funded Sub-Grant
Agreement with the Florida Division of Emergency Management (#1561-135-R) to provide additional funding and time
extension for Indian River Estates Stormwater Project.
The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above-referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 14-xxx was as follows:
