WHEREAS, subsequent tothe adoption ofthe St. Lucie County Board ofCounty Commissioners budget
for SX. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budged have become
available from the U. S, Department of Housing & Urban Development in the amount of $461.334 for the
Community Services HOME Consortium Grant.
VVHEREAS. Section 128.05 (d). Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners toadopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County.
Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of November, 2014. pursuant to Section 129.06 (d). Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is
hereby amended aefollows:
