A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT FOR SR614jINDRIO ROAD WIDENING (EMERSON
AVENUE, JOHNSTON ROAD, KOBLEGARD ROAD, AND SPANISH
LAKES BOULEVARD) AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR TO EXECUTE
THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY
ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO
FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
Acceptance of the Highway Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida
Department of Transportation for SR614JIndrio Road Widening (Emerson Avenue, Johnston
Road, Koblegard Road and Spanish Lakes Boulevard).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Highway Maintenance Memorandum of
Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for SR614%indrio Road
Widening (Emerson Avenue, Johnston Road, Koblegard Road and Spanish Lakes
Boulevard).
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chair to execute the above -referenced agreement and
further authorizes the Count Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to
form and correctness.
