HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-2191026*01ILI]091,11REAK I WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, as funding assistance in the amount of $12,318, to be used as funding for habitat management and an educational program involving high school students in performing biological surveys and analysis of land management strategies. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 2nd day of December, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001-7912-369930-700 Reimbursements $12,318 APPROPRIATIONS 001-7912-534000-700 Other Contractual Services $12,318 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Paula Lewis, Chair AYE Commissioner Kim Johnson, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 2ND DAY OF DECEMBER 2014.
