HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-224RESOLUTION 14 - 224 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District's budget, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, through a grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, in the amount of $150,000, as funding towards the additional marsh restoration activities within Impoundment 14C for the Harbor Branch Preserve Mangrove Restoration Project. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mosquito Control District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 16th day of December, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 145130-6233-331393-136601 APPROPRIATIONS 145130-6233-563000-136601 National Oceanic & Atmos.
