WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from
Jane S. Laird, as a donation in the amount of $500, as funding towards the County's Oyster Reef
Restoration Program.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 16th day of December, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such
funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
184-3710-366900-39008 Donations $500
APPROPRIATIONS
184-3710-552000-39008 Operating Supplies $500
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
