A RESOLUTION AMENDING BOA RESOLUTION 13-010
FOR SANDS END DEVELOPMENT, LLC TO CORRECT A
SCRIVENERS ERROR IN THE EXPIRATION DATE CITED IN PART C
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including, but not limited to the staff report, has made the
following determinations:
1. On December 18, 2013, this Board through BOA Resolution 13-010 approved
the petition of Sands End Development, LLC for a Variance from the provisions
of Section 4.01.04 (Hutchinson Island Height Limitations) of the St. Lucie County
Land Development Code for a Major Site Plan project known as Marisol,
approved by Board of County Commissioners on October 1, 2013 through the
adoption of Resolution 2013-166.
2. Part C of Resolution 13-010 contained the expiration date for the project that
included an incorrect code citation and expiration date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Clause C within Board of Adjustment Resolution 13-010 is hereby amended as
follows-
This variance is issued for a Final Development Order as described under
Section 11.02.00, and shall expire upon the termination of the Final Development
Order for the Marisol Major Site Plan, unless the Final Development Order is
extended or otherwise determined to be compliance with the provisions of the
rnritz
After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as follows:
