WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from rent proceeds in the amount of $15,000 from the Hendler Electric Lease for Environmental
Resources.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of November, 2014, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
182-3920-362001-300 Rent $15,000
APPROPRIATIONS
182-3920-561000-300 Land $15,000
