A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A
WARRANTY DEED OF DONATION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, that:
The foregoing Warranty Deed of Donation from the Baraka Center of the Treasure Coast, Inc. is duly

Witnesseth, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE and No/100 Dollars ($1.00), and other good and
donative intent of grantor, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and conveyed to said grantee, and grantee's
