AUTHORIZING SALE OF A PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS 25 -FOOT JENKINS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION WHEREAS, SMIRNA PENTECOSTAL COUNCIL OF CHURCHES, INC., "the Seller", a Florida nonprofit corporation, owner of the property located at 3115 South Jenkins Road, in the City of Fort Pierce, State of Florida "the Property", has received an offer to purchase a "portion of the property" (as described in Exhibit "A" - Legal Description, enclosed herein); and, WHEREAS, ST.
