feet; thence run East 660 feet to the Point of Beginning; less right

BOARD RESOLUTION OF
SMIRNA PENTECOSTAL COUNCIL OF CHURCHES, INC.
AUTHORIZING SALE OF A PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS
25 -FOOT JENKINS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
WHEREAS, SMIRNA PENTECOSTAL COUNCIL OF CHURCHES, INC., "the Seller", a Florida
nonprofit corporation, owner of the property located at 3115 South Jenkins Road, in the City of Fort Pierce,
State of Florida "the Property", has received an offer to purchase a "portion of the property" (as described in
Exhibit "A" - Legal Description, enclosed herein); and,
WHEREAS, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, the "Purchaser", has submitted an offer to purchase this "portion of
the Property" to contribute towards the desired ultimate right-of-uray width along Jenkins Road, a County
Road, and,
WHERAS, the Seller believes that the fair market value of the "portion of the property" intended to be
conveyed to the Purchaser is Five Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty -Nine with 11/100 dollars ($5,289.11)
and wishes to enter into a formal Contract for the purchase and sale with respect to the above property;
WHEREAS, there is no real estate broker that would be entitled to any commission with respect to this
transaction; and,
WHEREAS, the seller has determined to sell the property for adequate consideration of no less than fair
market value above described;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that SMIRNA PENTECOSTAL COUNCIL OF CHURCHES, INC
sell to ST. LUCIE COUN'T'Y the above described real estate.
The undersigned, J. Jesus Cruz, certifies that he is the president of this corporation and that the above is a
true and correct copy of the resolution that was duly adopted at a meeting of the board of directors that was
held in accordance with state law and the bylaws of the corporation on March 8, 2013. I further certify that
such resolution is now in full force and effect.
