AN ORDER AMENDING PARAGRAPH 7 WITHIN PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PDS NO. 14-050 TO CORRECT A
SCRVENER ERROR OF THE APPLICANT'S NAME FOR THE PROJECT
KNOWN AS MARTIN OFFICE BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has reviewed PDS
Order No. 14-050 and has made the following determinations:
On, December 28, 2014, the Planning and Development Services Director via PDS Order No. 14-
050 granted development order extension with a new site plan expiration date of December 2,
2016. The applicant's name referenced in Paragraph Number 7 of PDS Order No. 14-050 was
incorrect and is hereby revised to read as follows:
7. The amendment further provides that for all site plans due to expire after February 27,
2014, the request for the Land Development Code extension must be made in writing
prior to the scheduled expiration date, identify the specific authorization for which the
extension is requested, the intended use of the extension and the anticipated time
frame for acting on the authorization. Paster jimmie Nettles Francisco I. Martin
submitted a letter requesting an administrative extension to the Planning and
Development Services Director on November 25, 2014.
This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
ORDER effective the 4th day of January, 2015.
