WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Sustainability District's budget, certain
funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from Loans and Special
Assessments from the Energy SAD in the amount of $235,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Sustainability District to
adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sustainability District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 17th day of February, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the Sustainability District's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
