HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-012RESOLUTION NO. 15-012 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a grant in the amount of $239,195, as funding for the County to implement monitoring activities for beach erosion and the inlet with the South St. Lucie County Beach Restoration Monitoring Project WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 17th day of February, 2015ric, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 184221-3710-334391-36203 APPROPRIATIONS 184221-3710-531000-36203 184221-3710-546340-36203 Dept of Environmental Prot -Phys Env Professional Services Maintenance -Beach Renourishment After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Paula Lewis AYE Commissioner Kim Johnson AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 17TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2015.
