WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of a Sale of Fixed Assets from the Public Transit MSTU in the amount of $180,550.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 31st day of March, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
130-4910-364100-400 Sale of Fixed Assets $180,550
APPROPRIATIONS
130-4910-582015-400 Council on Aging $180,550
