WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of revenue from Federal Transit Administration, in the amount of $1,966,208 for the Federal Transit
Administration (FTA) 5307 Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 31 st day of March, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
