WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of increased novelties sales revenue from visitors to the St. Lucie County Aquarium, in the amount
of $10,534. The increase to the novelties expense account will be used to purchase additional merchandise
in order to meet the annual demand of Aquarium novelties.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 31 st day of March, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
