HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-044RESOLUTION 15-044 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a grant in the amount of $135,000, as funding for the physical and biological project monitoring requirements for the winter/spring 2015 beach nourishment at the Fort Pierce Shore Protection Project. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 31st day of March, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 184222-3710-334391-3630 Dept of Environmental Prot -Phys Env APPROPRIATIONS 184222-3710-531000-3630 Professional Services After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Paula Lewis AYE Commissioner Kim Johnson AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 31ST DAY OF MARCH 2015.
