HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-064RESOLUTION 15-064 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, through its partnership with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, as a grant in the amount of $60,000, as funding for the County to construct an artificial reef by deploying artificial reef materials at the permitted Artificial Reef Offshore Site. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 21st day of April, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 184110-3710-331391-39003 APPROPRIATIONS 184110-3710-534000-39003 US Dept of I nterior-Fish&Wild life Other Contractual Services After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Paula A.
