WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of a compensation payment from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the total
amount of $103,975. Of which, $98,100 is for a Right -Of -Way land and improvements acquisition for a
FDOT road widening project along the Indrio Road Recreation Area; $1,250 is for reimbursement of
appraisal fees paid by Parks, Recreation & Facilities; and $4,625 is for the reimbursement of attorney fees
paid by the County Attorney.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 31 st day of March, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
