HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-032ARESOLUTION 2015-32-A WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of a compensation payment from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the total amount of $103,975. Of which, $98,100 is for a Right -Of -Way land and improvements acquisition for a FDOT road widening project along the Indrio Road Recreation Area; $1,250 is for reimbursement of appraisal fees paid by Parks, Recreation & Facilities; and $4,625 is for the reimbursement of attorney fees paid by the County Attorney. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 31 st day of March, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001-1410-369930-100 Reimbursements 001-7215-369930-700 Reimbursements 001-7215-364100-7670 Sale of Fixed Assets TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS 001-1410-531000-100 Professional Services 001-7215-531000-700 Professional Services 001-7215-563000-7670 Infrastructure TOTAL After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Paula Lewis, Chair AYE Commissioner Kim Johnson, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 31ST DAY OF MARCH 2015.
