HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-095RESOLUTION 15-095 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management Agreement in the amount of $1,038,607 for the Indian River Estates Phase II project. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 2nd day of June, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 101003-3725-331394-093600 Emergency Mgmt. $681,924 101002-3725-331394-093600 Emergency Mgmt. $270,001 102001-3725-331394-093600 Emergency Mgmt. $ 86,682 APPROPRIATIONS 101003-3725-563000-093600 Infrastructure $681,924 101002-3725-563000-093600 Infrastructure $270,001 102001-3725-563000-093600 Infrastructure $ 86,682 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Paula A.
