WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of increased patronage of the Nature Art Programs/Classes and Summer Programs held at the St.
Lucie County Oxbow Eco -Center, in the amount of $9,000. The increase to the other contractual services
expense account will be used to pay for the additional programs, classes and summer programs scheduled
to meet the increasing annual demand, and will be offset by an equal amount in revenues generated.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 16th day of June, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
