THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, executed this if day of, NOVEMBER, 2008, by ST. LUCIE
COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT, an independent special district of the State of Florida, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantor," whose address is 5160 NW Milner Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34983, to
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee," whose address is 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982.
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall include singular and
plural, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and
assigns of corporations, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00, in hand
paid by the said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and
quit -claim unto the said Grantee forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
Grantor has in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to -wit:
The North 150 feet of the South 350 feet of the East 150 feet of the West 216 feet
of Section 29, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
The sole intent and purpose of this quit -claim deed is to evidence
the transfer of title to the above described real property from
Grantor to Grantee by virtue of an executed right of reversion of
title in favor of Grantee upon the abandonment of Fire Station
maintenance and use by Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said Grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said Grantee forever.
