SIDEWALK EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this _day of , 2012, between WASTE PRO SOUTHEAST LLC, a Florida LLC, whose address
is 100 Amberwood Court, Longwood, Florida 32779 (GRANTOR) and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
whose address is 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982, (GRANTEE);
WITNESSETH, that said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars, and other good
and valuable considerations to said GRANTOR in hand paid by said GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby convey and grant to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, as GRANTEE, a perpetual exclusive
Easement, for the construction, installation, maintenance, operation, repair, and replacement of a sidewalk through, in, under,
upon, along, over and across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to -wit:
SEE ATTACHED LEGAL SKETCH AND DESCRIPTION
GRANTOR hereby reserves the ownership of said strip of land for any use or purpose not inconsistent herewith or that
interferes with the use by GRANTEE, but in no event shall any buildings, structures or other improvements be erected or placed on,
under, through or above strip of land by the GRANTOR.
GRANTOR hereby covenants and warrants that it owns the said land and has the right to grant this Easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has caused these presents to be executed in its name, and has placed its hands and
seals the day and year first above written.

of FIRST REPLAT FORT PIERCE BUSINESS PARK, as recorded in Plat Book
67, Page 13, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows;
Begin at the Southwest corner of said Tract "A"; thence North 00`01'31"
West, a distance of 17.78 feet; thence South 53°41'11" East, a distance
of 30.00 feet to the North right—of—way of Prosperity Drive (a variable
width right—of—way); thence South 89`58'29" West, along said North
right—of—way, a distance of 24.17 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
