THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 5th day of September, 2014 by Custom Herbicide Applicators,
Inc., a Florida corporation, whose address is: 2181 SW Waterview Place, Palm City, FL 34990, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to St. Lucie County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is: 2300
Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal representatives and assigns of
individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)
W I T N E S S E T H: That the Grantor for and inconsideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/100'S ($10.00) Dollars and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms unto the Grantee all that certain land lying and being in ST. LUCIE County, State of Florida, to wit:
The Easterly 25 feet of the following described land, to wit:
The Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 34 South, Range
39 East; lands lying in St. Lucie County, Florida; Less road right-of-way as described in Official
Records Book 254, Page 2567 and Official Records Book 259, Page 1852, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

Grantee acknowledges and agrees that there may be deed restrictions, restrictive covenants and matters appearing on the
plat or otherwise common to the subdivision affecting the property. Grantee's acceptance of title to the property subject
to such matters shall not be construed as a waiver of the Grantee's claim of exemption, as a governmental entity, from
any cloud or encumbrances created by such matters pursuant to Ryan v. Manalapan, 414 So2nd 193 (Fla. 1982).
SUBJECT TO ALL RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS OF
RECORD AND TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2014 AND THEREAFTER.
TOGETHER, with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, and hereby warrants the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of
all encumbrances, except taxes and assessments accruing subsequent to 2013.
