NO. 15-104
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of a reimbursement from the Ocean Village Property Owners Association (Ocean Village POA), in
the amount of $1,800. The Ocean Village POA has requested from the County, to have a gate erected in
front of the beach park at the east end of Blue Heron Boulevard in Fort Pierce. The funding is to reimburse
the County for the cost of materials.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 7th day of July, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
184-7270-369930-700 Reimbursements $1,800
APPROPRIATIONS
184-7270-546300-700 Grounds Maintenance $1,800
